Each session room will be set up with the following audio-visual equipment:

• Data projector and screen (please note rooms have screens with an aspect ratio of 16:9; please ensure you format your PowerPoint presentation accordingly)
• Lectern and microphone
• Head table and microphones
• Presenter timer mechanism
• Remote mouse/laser pointer (each presenter is responsible for advancing their own slides during their presentation)
• Lapel microphones for each presenter 

A laptop is provided in the room, so you are not required to provide your own laptop. 

There will be an audio visual technician in each room to provide assistance as required.
