On arrival, please complete registration formalities at the Registration and Information Desk. It is important you arrive and register in time so that any last minute items can be discussed and finalised with your fellow session participants.

The Registration and Information Desk will be located in the Ground Floor Foyer of the Hotel Grand Chancellor and will be operational during the following hours:

Wednesday 21 October 2026: 0800-1815hrs
Thursday 22 October 2026: 0800-1830hrs
Friday 23 October 2026: 0830-1555hrs

Early registration will also be possible at the Welcome Reception venue (MAC 02) from 1745-1900 on Tuesday 20 October 2026.
