There will be a dedicated Speaker Preparation Room onsite at the Conference in which you can make updates to your presentation. 

The Speaker Preparation Room will be located in Chancellor Room 4 on the Mezzanine Level of the Hotel Grand Chancellor and will be open the following times: 

Wednesday 21 October 2026: 0800-1715hrs
Thursday 22 October 2026: 0800-1730hrs
Friday 23 October 2026: 0830-1500hrs

An audio visual technician will be on duty at all times in the Speaker Preparation Room.

If you need to make changes to (or lodge) your presentation, please attend the Speaker Preparation Room at least 1.5 hours before your presentation to ensure there is enough time for those changes to be made and your revised presentation to be networked through to your presentation room.

Presentations submitted in advance or via the Speaker Preparation Room will have already been forwarded to your session room before the commencement of the session.
