WALDRONSMITH Management has arranged special rates at a number of hotels within walking distance of the Pullman Melbourne on the Park.

To secure your accommodation, simply nominate your arrival / departure dates on the online registration form and the available hotel options will be displayed. A valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to secure your booking. Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled direct with the hotel on departure. Please note, hotels may charge a surcharge on credit card payments made on departure. Should you require dates outside of the main Symposium dates, please note this in your booking and WALDRONSMITH Management will contact the hotel on your behalf.

Please note the check in time is generally 1400. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, it may be wise to pre-register for the evening before. If you are arriving after 1800, please note this accordingly.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival and therefore any bookings made after Friday 2 November will be subject to availability. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no show) will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection. Each hotel has specific penalties for cancellations, no shows or reduction of dates which should be considered.

Any changes to your booking must be made via email to WALDRONSMITH Management – not directly with the hotel. All room rates noted are based on room only, unless otherwise specified, and are in Australian Dollars.

Pan Pacific South Wharf

Cancellation policy: Between 30 – 14 days prior to arrival: Cancellation is equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation per room, charged to the applicable credit card. Within 14 days: Cancellations and no shows will be charged for 2 nights per room, charged to the applicable credit card.

Novotel South Wharf

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of the entire stay. Non arrival at the hotel (no shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of the entire stay.

Melbourne’s vibrant Southbank precinct, Docklands and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and are just a short walk away. Hotel facilities include Isika the exclusive day spa, 28 an exclusive lounge and sky bar, swimming pools, indoor sun-deck, and gymnasium.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation rate. Non arrival at the hotel (no shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation rate.
