Once you are satisfied the below information reflects your registration requirements, please review the Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions and indicate your agreement to these below. You will then proceed to the payment page.

When registering for the Workshop you will be asked to consider and agree to the following terms and conditions

VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the Congress Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

Should you decide to cancel your registration, the following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

Refunds will be returned by the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event inclusive within the registration fee is not taken up, or if you subsequently cancel your participation in that function or event.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms and conditions may be considered by, and at the discretion of, the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) upon application.

DECLINE OF REGISTRATION

The ASPS reserves the right to decline your registration at their discretion and if so a full refund will apply.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

The ASPS may cancel or postpone the Workshop due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location of the Workshop.

In the event the Workshop is not able to proceed as planned, and is moved to a virtual format, your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration. If you choose not to attend the virtual Workshop, the ASPS will not be required to refund any part of the Workshop registration fee.

In the event of postponement of the Workshop, if, when requested, you advise that you are willing to attend the rescheduled Workshop, the ASPS will transfer the registration and guarantee the same conditions and equivalent registration entitlements (subject to reasonable modification and availability) at the rescheduled event. If, at a later date, you then choose not to attend the rescheduled Workshop, the ASPS will not be required to refund any part of the Workshop registration fee.

In the event of a full cancellation of the Workshop by the ASPS, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of the registration fee received.

The maximum liability of the ASPS under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Workshop registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.

DELEGATE CANCELLATION - MEDICAL

If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Workshop, you must cancel your attendance in writing by email to the Congress Office. A refund may be provided at the discretion of the ASPS; however, you may be asked to provide additional details.

INSURANCE

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Congress Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

TAX

All Congress registration fees and additional ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars. GST at 10% is included.

DISCLAIMER

By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the Plastic Surgery Congress 2025 and/or Workshops their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the Plastic Surgery Congress which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the ASPS.  If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Congress Office in advance by email.

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

EFT payments are accepted prior to Monday 26 May 2025. After this date, payment via credit card is the only payment option available.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I. Credit card payment
Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted. Payments will appear as 'WALDRONSMITH Management' on your credit card statement. Note a 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments

II. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
If you nominate to pay by EFT, a tax invoice will be generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation for payment within 14 days. Bank details can be found at the bottom of the invoice.

All bank fees incurred with EFTS, whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. Please use your name as a reference. To ensure prompt reconciliation please forward a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the Congress Office.
