We welcome your registration for the Plastic Surgery Congress 2025. It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

  • You will have the opportunity to review and edit your registration details before the final stage of confirmation and payment
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are the preferred platforms for use of the form
  • Payment can be made by EFT or credit card. A 2% surcharge applies if credit card payment is made.

PLEASE NOTE: From 26 May 2025 onwards, all online registrations must be paid in full by credit card.

The 2025 Skin Cancer Update: MIA and ASPS Satellite Meeting will be held on Wednesday afternoon 25 June 2025 at ICC Sydney.

A limited number of places at the workshop are available to full ASPS/NZAPS Member and SET Trainee/Research Fellow/Registrar delegates within their Congress registration fee. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Change of Booking 
To make a subsequent change or to cancel your booking, notification must be made via email to the Congress Office.  Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes direct.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When registering for the Congress you will be asked to consider and agree to the following terms and conditions

VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the Congress Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

Should you decide to cancel your registration, the following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

On or before Friday 28 March 2025

100% refund less an administration fee of $110 inc GST

On or before Friday 25 April 2025

75% refund less an administration fee of $110 inc GST

On or before Sunday 25 May 2025

50% refund less an administration fee of $110 inc GST

On or after Monday 26 May 2025

No refund available although registration can be transferred to another individual

 

Refunds will be returned by the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event inclusive within the registration fee is not taken up, or if you subsequently cancel your participation in that function or event.

Optional social event tickets may be cancelled on or before Monday 26 May 2025 and will be refunded in full by the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After Monday 26 May 2025 no refunds will be made, however an alternative delegate name may be provided by email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.

If accommodation has been secured through the Congress website, please refer to the individual cancellation terms and conditions for each individual hotel noted on the registration form.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms and conditions may be considered by, and at the discretion of, the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) upon application.

DECLINE OF REGISTRATION

The ASPS reserves the right to decline your registration at their discretion and if so a full refund will apply.

CONGRESS CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

The ASPS may cancel or postpone the Congress due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location of the Congress.

In the event the Congress is not able to proceed as planned, and is moved to a virtual format, your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration. If you choose not to attend the virtual Congress, the ASPS will not be required to refund any part of the Congress registration fee.

In the event of postponement of the Congress, if, when requested, you advise that you are willing to attend the rescheduled Congress, the ASPS will transfer the registration and guarantee the same conditions and equivalent registration entitlements (subject to reasonable modification and availability) at the rescheduled event. If, at a later date, you then choose not to attend the rescheduled Congress, the ASPS will not be required to refund any part of the Congress registration fee.

In the event of a full cancellation of the Congress by the ASPS, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of the Congress registration fee received.

The maximum liability of the ASPS under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Congress registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.

ACCOMMODATION

For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the registration form. Amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email to the Congress Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes advised to them directly.

DELEGATE CANCELLATION - MEDICAL

If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Congress, you must cancel your attendance in writing by email to the Congress Office. A refund may be provided at the discretion of the ASPS; however, you may be asked to provide additional details.

INSURANCE

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Congress Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

TAX

All Congress registration fees and additional ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars. GST at 10% is included.

DISCLAIMER

By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the Plastic Surgery Congress 2025 their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the Plastic Surgery Congress which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the ASPS.  If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Congress Office in advance by email.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

EFT payments are accepted prior to Monday 26 May 2025. After this date, payment via credit card is the only payment option available.

II. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
If you nominate to pay by EFT, a tax invoice will be generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation for payment within 14 days. Bank details can be found at the bottom of the invoice.

All bank fees incurred with EFT payments, whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. Please use your name as a reference. To ensure prompt reconciliation please forward a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the Congress Office.
