We welcome your registration for the 20th Asia-Pacific Prostate Cancer Conference 2019. It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

A range of accommodation options are available for your selection within close proximity to the Conference venue. More information about accommodation options can be found on the website. Due to special events being conducted in Melbourne over the Conference dates we advise you to book your accommodation early.

Please note:
  • A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking. 
  • Wifi is included in the room rate.
  • You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses direct with the hotel on departure.   
  • If you wish to pre pay your accommodation in advance by credit card or EFT upon invoice, please email charlene@wsm.com.au.
  • If you require accommodation, please email charlene@wsm.com.au your preferred dates and hotel. The Delegate Services Team will contact the hotel direct and advise you of availability.
Deadlines
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so any bookings made after 22 July 2019 will be subject to availability.

To make a subsequent change or to cancel your booking, notification must be made via email to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes direct.

Cancellation/Refund Terms and Conditions

Accommodation
For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the website. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes direct.

Registration Fees
Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the Conference Office via apcc@wsm.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted. 

The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification: 
On or before 24 June 2019 50% refund less an administration fee of $250 including GST 
On and after 25 June 2019 no refund is available

The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. 

No refund is available after Tuesday 25 June 2019, however an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly. 

Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled. 

Optional functions or events may be cancelled before or on Tuesday 25 June 2019 and will be refunded in full via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After Tuesday 25 June 2019 no refunds will be made however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
