Once you are satisfied the below information reflects your registration requirements, please review the Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions and indicate your agreement to these below. You will then proceed to the payment page.

When registering online, you are asked to consider and agree to the following terms and conditions:

VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION
Should you decide to cancel your registration, the following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification: 

• On or before Friday 8 May 2026: 100% refund less an administration fee of $110
• On or before Sunday 7 June 2026: 75% refund less an administration fee of $110   
• On or before Monday 6 July 2026: 50% refund less an administration fee of $110  
• After Tuesday 7 July 2026: No refund available

Refunds will be returned by the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. 

No refund will be made after Monday 6 July 2026, however an alternative delegate name may be provided by email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly. 

Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event inclusive within the registration fee is not taken up, or if you subsequently cancel your participation in that function or event. 

Optional social event tickets may be cancelled on or before Tuesday 7 July 2026 and will be refunded in full by the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After Tuesday 7 July 2026 no refunds will be made, however an alternative delegate name may be provided by email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.

If accommodation has been secured through the Annual Scientific Meeting website, please refer to the individual cancellation terms and conditions for each individual hotel. 

In the case of extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms and conditions may be considered by and at the discretion of the Organising Committee upon application.

If the Annual Scientific Meeting converts to a hybrid format in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person registrations may be permitted and will be processed on a case-by-case basis following application to the Annual Scientific Meeting Office.

Annual Scientific Meeting CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
ANZAOMS 2026 may cancel or postpone the Annual Scientific Meeting due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location for the Annual Scientific Meeting. 

In the event the Annual Scientific Meeting is not able to proceed as planned, and is moved to a virtual format, your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration. If you choose not to attend the virtual Annual Scientific Meeting, ANZAOMS 2026 will not be required to refund any part of the Annual Scientific Meeting registration fee.

In the event of postponement of the Annual Scientific Meeting, if, when requested, you advise that you are willing to attend the rescheduled Annual Scientific Meeting, ANZAOMS 2026 will transfer the registration and guarantee the same conditions and equivalent registration entitlements (subject to reasonable modification and availability) at the rescheduled event. If, at a later date, you then choose not to attend the rescheduled Annual Scientific Meeting, the ANZAOMS 2026 will not be required to refund any part of the Annual Scientific Meeting registration fee. 

In the event of a full cancellation of the Annual Scientific Meeting by the ANZAOMS 2026, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of the Annual Scientific Meeting registration fee received.

The maximum liability of the ANZAOMS 2026 under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Annual Scientific Meeting registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.

DELEGATE CANCELLATION - MEDICAL 
If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting, you must cancel your attendance in writing by email to anzaomsasm@wsm.com.au. An ASM Record Only registration may be offered, with any difference in price refunded. A full refund may be provided at the discretion of the ANZAOMS 2026, however you may be asked to provide additional details.

INSURANCE
Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. ANZAOMS 2025 and the Annual Scientific Meeting Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard. 

DISCLAIMER
By registering, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the Annual Scientific Meeting your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means by an officer or official of the Annual Scientific Meeting, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Annual Scientific Meeting. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Annual Scientific Meeting Office in advance by email.

Online registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) or by electronic funds transfer. Please note if a registration is made less than 30 days prior to the event (on or after Tuesday 7 July 2026) credit card is the only payment option available. Participation is not confirmed until full payment is received.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
If you would like to pay by electronic funds transfer (bank transfers) please select the 'Payment by Invoice' option below.  A tax invoice will be generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation email. Bank account details for payment of the due amount will be included on the invoice. 

Please use your full name or invoice number as a reference. To ensure prompt processing of your payment, please email your payment remittance advice to the Annual Scientific Meeting Office.

All payments are to be made in Australian dollars. All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer, whether international or national, are at your expense.

Visa/MasterCard/American Express are accepted. Please note 'WALDRONSMITH Management (Aust)' and ANZAOMS 2026 will appear on your credit card transaction statement.
