RegistrationCancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the
AEC 2018 Office. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted.
The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:
- On or before 19 June 2018: 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
- On or before 19 July 2018: 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
- After 17 August 2018: No refund available
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after 17 August 2018, however an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Engineers Australia reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the program.
Engineers Australia cannot accept responsibility for delegates’ late transport arrivals or non-arrivals due to delays outside of their control.

All payments are made online using VISA, Mastercard or American Express and a surcharge fee of 1.5% applies to Visa, MasterCard and 2% surcharge fee applies to AMEX.
All fees quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Where there is extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
